Inconsistency may increase risk to cardiovascular health Nitesh Chawla, professor of computer science and engineering at Notre Dame and director of the Center for Network and Data Science, and his team have found a correlation between bedtime regularity and resting heart rate. Their recent study shows that individuals going to bed even 30 minutes later than usual triggers a significantly higher resting heart rate that lasts into the next day.

They have now developed an AI early warning system to help combat disinformation and prevent violence.
