Ryan Kristofek is the Graduate Career Consultant for the College of Engineering at the University of Notre Dame. In this role, he supports more than 700 graduate students across all engineering disciplines through individualized career counseling, employer engagement, and international student advocacy.

Drawing on experience in career services and student affairs, Ryan designs inclusive, data-informed programs and strategic partnerships that strengthen student success and expand professional opportunities. He holds a master’s degree in higher education and student development from Taylor University and is pursuing a second master’s in psychology at Arizona State University to deepen his understanding of human behavior and professional growth.
