Professor Dingler worked as a hardware developer in IBM Systems, where he was responsible for modeling specific core microarchitectural features of future IBM POWER systems.
As a faculty member at Seattle Pacific University, he served as chair and taught a broad range of courses in computer science and computer engineering such as: data structures, computer architecture, and advanced programming.
